This group is for those of you who are training and have been physically active for at least the last 3 months.
No training is the other equal. Exercises come back but are put into new contexts and the variation means that we develop, both in strength, fitness and mobility. We take inspiration from the functional workouts where our body weight is our tool. Unlike Level 1, we further challenge our bodies with higher intensity combining fitness and strength. HIIT training and Tabatas often occur here. We also practice some interval running at shorter distances.
Parc de la Mar 2 days a week.
