Our group training is for everyone. Its both for you who; consider yourself a beginner and wants to start training and also for you who; is use to training and wants a challenge. The training is adjust so everyone can find their own level and challenge from where you are today.
In our workouts we focus on diversity. No training is the other equal. Exercises are repeated but put into new contexts and the variation means that we develop, both in strength, fitness and mobility. We draw inspiration from the functional workout where our body weight is our tool.
We train in Parc de la Mar, Palma de Mallorca, 2 days a week.
