This group is for you consider yourself a beginner, who wants to start training and who has not been particularly active in recent months.
In our workouts we focus on diversity. No training is the other equal. Exercises are repeated but put into new contexts and the variation means that we develop, both in strength, fitness and mobility. We draw inspiration from the functional workout where our body weight is our tool. Often occurring is also partner training as a partner is a perfect tool for creating resistance, momentum or imbalance which challenges our muscles.
We train in Parc de la Mar, Palma de Mallorca, 2 days a week.
