TRAINING COURSES

Our training courses is for everyone! 

 

Its both for you who; consider yourself a beginner and wants to start training and also for you who; is use to training and wants a challenge.

Every month we have courses with different themes. All for you to find what you are looking for!

AUGUST:
Course 1 - Cardio/core (training with focus on conditioning and core exercises)

Course 2 - HIIT (High intensity interval training)

SEPTEMBER:

Course 1 - All round (improve your strength, conditioning and flexibility) 

Course 2 - Beach training (Training in the sand at Anima Beach)

OCTOBER:
Course 1 - Strength for runners & padel players (strength training that improves your running & playing)
Course 2 - Fullbody training (fun training with high tempo for your full body)

NOVEMBER:
Course 1 - Functional training (functional training that bring new challenges to your ordinary training)

Course 2 - Improve your running (for you how wants to start running or improve your technique)

DECEMBER:
Course 1 - GLA (training focused on gluteo, legs and abs)
Course 2 - Interval training (short, middle or long interval training full body workouts)

DAYS & TIMES IN AUGUST:
HIIT: TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 19.15-20.15

CARDIO/CORE: WEDNEYSDAYS  19.15-20.15 & FRIDAYS 17.30-18.30

Schedule for next year comes futher on. 

We will always fo the training no matter the weather or wind. Bring a yogamat and a waterbottle.
Minimum 5 people/group for the groups to get started.

The releases  and the payment for the spots to the courses every month is the 25 of the month before. For example: 25 of July for the courses in August.

 

PRICE FOR THE COURSES EVERY MONTH:
1 COURSE €68 (8 sessions)

For both courses €120 (16 sessions/month)

DROP-IN SPOTS: €15/session (If your just on a visit in Palma and wants to join)
