In Sweden, it is very common for many (all) companies to invest in personnel care and wellness. From what I understand, it is not as common here in Spain.
Getting training / movement in connection with the working day is the most possible completed training, as this then really gets off.
Training and exercise have many health benefits such as improved strength and fitness, improved sleep, less stress and the fact that we also reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
