SENIOR

We always exercise outdoors because the sun and oxygen make us healthier. In our workouts we focus on improving our everyday activities. We want to be stronger when we lift our grandchildren, be able to go longer walks / jogging and have easier to balance when we are going to put on our shoes. Together we train our strength, fitness, mobility and balance.

We train in Parc de la Mar 2 days a week.

 

TUESDAY:
16:45-17:45

SATURDAY:
10.15-11.15

(times can change depending of the season/weather).
